We are seeking a highly motivated, PMHNP or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide integrated psychiatric and medical care in an outpatient setting. This role supports patients with mental health and substance use disorders, with a strong emphasis on whole-person care and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Perform History & Physical Exam (H&P’s)
- Provide medical follow-ups for co-occurring conditions
- Manage and follow patients on Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment plans
- Maintain timely, compliant EMR documentation
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members
- Participate in team meetings and supervision
- Provide very occasional inpatient coverage when needed
Qualifications
- Active APN & RN licenses, or PA license (Tennessee)
- PMHNP (required)
- ANCC PMHNP certification
- Experience in addiction treatment
- MAT experience preferred
Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
