As a Housekeeper, you will play an important role in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and meet IHG brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to IHG standards
- Make beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms and guest areas
- Restock guest room amenities and housekeeping supplies
- Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, and other public areas
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Work as part of a team to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.
