Responsibilities
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions and leverage the best minds and tools available with us
- Work as part of a team that is well organized and play from the same music sheet
- Drive change in patient beliefs that only surgeons and doctors can bring about improvement in pain, motion and function, by showing passion and commitment to their progress
- Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques, including manual, McKenzie, laser, etc.
- Create continuous healing programs tailored to patients’ specific needs (after Physical Therapy is completed)
- Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally using Physical Therapy routines you have taught them and made them self sufficient on
- Drive community awareness through education programs
- If so motivated, play a direct role in practice growth
Skills
- Proven 1-3 years work experience as a physical therapist (new DPTs welcome to apply)
- Intensive education and clinical expertise
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Drive to continually learn and grow
- Professional behavior and great bedside manners
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Valid licence to practice physical therapy in NJ
- Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
Compensation is commensurate with candidates experience and background. Bonus and incentives set this role apart.
