Join a locally owned Internet provider bringing Internet connectivity across Indiana!
We're looking for a Level 1 Network Operations Center Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, in-house support role perfect for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, working directly with customers, and helping connect communities to fast, reliable broadband.
This is a desk-based role in our Noblesville office — you'll be the voice customers reach when their internet isn't working, and the first person to spot trouble on the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls, emails, and support tickets as our first point of contact
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues — Wi-Fi, routers, signal quality, and service outages
- Monitor network dashboards and alarms; catch problems before customers call
- Document every issue clearly and completely in our ticketing system
- Identify when an issue is one customer versus an entire area, and escalate quickly when it matters
- Coordinate with field technicians on service calls, installs, and dispatch
- Follow established procedures and know when to hand off to Tier 2
Requirements
- Must reside in the greater Indianapolis area and be able to work on-site in Noblesville
- Valid Indiana driver's license
- Basic networking and computer knowledge — Wi-Fi, routers, modems, IP addresses
- Comfortable learning new software quickly; you'll work in several systems daily
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills — patient and clear on the phone
- Able to work independently, especially on weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Help desk, call center, ISP, cable, or IT support experience (preferred)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ a plus
What We Offer
- Competitive pay: $20–$25/hour, based on experience
- Set full-time schedule with two consecutive weekdays off
- Health insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays
- Paid training — we teach you networking from the ground up, no prior ISP experience needed
- Certification reimbursement (CompTIA, MikroTik, Cisco)
- Company laptop and equipment provided
- Clear promotion path to NOC Technician II — this is where our senior techs started
- Work with cutting-edge broadband and wireless technology
- Career growth opportunities in a fast-evolving industry
Join a team that's connecting Indiana — one call, one customer, one neighborhood at a time.
