You will:
- Help keep our patients engaged in their goals and progress and keep the energy high in the office
- Need to have patience with adults and children, as this is also a customer service role.
- Need to have high energy, as this is an active, moving job
- Be using multitasking - this position requires that you'll be able to change directions at a moment's notice and then pick back up where you were prior
- Ultimately, be performing duties and responsibilities to ensure our practice welcomes patients of all ages positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Position Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive in the practice
- Direct patients to the appropriate person and/or position in the office
- Someone who can be comfortable around children and the beautiful chaos that happens in our office when there are multiple families here all at the same time
- Ensure reception and waiting area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Assist with patient care by applying ice, heat, and traction therapies as directed by the doctor. No prior experience is necessary—we will provide hands-on training for all procedures.
- Help patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit while maintaining a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills and are mature, versatile, and adaptable
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- experience with customer service and computers/iPads
- A background or interest in fitness, exercise, or wellness is a plus, as you may assist patients with basic therapeutic exercises under the doctor's guidance (training will be provided)
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
