Job Summary:
The IT Applications Developer II. is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative technology solutions to enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and drive revenue growth. This role requires expertise in platforms such as Oracle EBS Suite, Azure Data Platform, UI Path, and Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.
Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications, including ERP systems (Oracle EBS Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud) and business intelligence initiatives.
Build and manage solutions using Azure services such as Data Factory, Power BI, and Analysis Services to support data-driven decision-making.
Develop and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, including UI Path Orchestrator management, security, and deployment of code versions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate technical needs, and propose effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Provide production support for Oracle ERP Applications, Azure services, RPA tools, and related systems, ensuring operational efficiency and minimal downtime.
Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and training materials to support system implementations and user adoption.
Act as a technical advisor to Applications Systems and Process Analysts, offering guidance on development, integration, and technology best practices.
Evaluate technical requirements, assess risks, and recommend alternative solutions to optimize enterprise application functionality.
Ensure compliance with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security.
Support group-wide initiatives by contributing to technology, development, and integration efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Experience: 3+ years in Oracle EBS (Release 11i or 12) application development or consulting; 5+ years in development and/or technical support roles.
Knowledge: Advanced understanding of ERP interfaces, APIs, Java, Oracle Forms/Reports, and SDLC processes; familiarity with source code management tools like SVN.
Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning; ability to create and deploy OAF forms, manage concurrent programs, and configure enterprise applications.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field.

Salary range: $120,544.60 - 155,377.70. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs
