Job Overview:
Ark Marketing Agency is seeking dynamic and motivated Account Managers to join our growing team. As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients while also nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
You will represent Ark Marketing Agency at social functions, networking events, and business gatherings, positioning our agency as a trusted partner for marketing, branding, and business growth solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at relationship-building, understand marketing strategy, and are driven by results.
This position offers a base pay of $300- 400/week plus commission (7–15%) on all clients you bring into the agency, with strong opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, ambitious team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through networking, outreach, and events
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Promote and sell Ark Marketing Agency’s services, including:
- Event Marketing & Production
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Attend networking events, business functions, and community gatherings to grow the agency’s presence
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure ongoing success and upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with marketing strategies and deliverables
- Track all client interactions, leads, and account activity within the CRM system
- Stay informed on marketing trends and strategies to effectively guide clients
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience in sales, account management, marketing, or business development preferred (not required)
- Understanding of marketing, branding, and social media is a plus
- Comfortable attending events and engaging with diverse professionals
- Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $300-$400/week
- Commission: 7–15% on all closed deals and accounts brought in
