Nobu, a world-class prestigious Japanese restaurant in downtown San Diego, is seeking to fill a part time host/hostess position.
The job will require:
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- 1+ years of experience in hospitality industry
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and all holidays.
- Mostly night shifts (4:30-close). and occasional lunch openings for large conventions such as Comic-con.
- Typically, 2-5 shifts a week
- Open Table experience a plus
- Plenty of room for growth within the company
You must be:
- Able to stand for long periods of time (8+ hours)
- Able to walk up and down stairs
- Able to carry up to ~50lbs
- Able to push/pull/open doors
- Able to bend, squat and lean down
