Key Responsibilities:
-
Obtains product quantity and variety to be pasteurized from blending leader.
-
Ensure that all controls of sanitation are met prior use of equipment.
-
Monitor Temperature and Pressure of the equipment and juice. Notify blending lead and QA if there is a deviation.

Secure all necessary connections to holding tank.
-
Transfer juice to bottling when pasteurizer has reached the desired temperature.
-
Clean bottling transfer lines, holding tanks, and receiving lines using the CIP system.

Communicates with bottling team to determine accurate quantities are delivered.

Completes paper work recording number of gallons pasteurized, temperatures, time, etc.

Clean or CIP pasteurizer according to specification.

Follows all company policies and procedures regarding GMP’s, SOP’s and Quality standards.

Other duties as assigned or required.
Key Responsibilities:

Education: High school diploma or GED required.
-
Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience with pasteurization.

Language/Communications: Ability to read and interpret basic instructional details and related information.

Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Manufacturing software; and general email writing and online research skills
