Priority 1 Lending is looking for a motivated, sales-minded Loan Officer Assistant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with phone sales or mortgage experience who wants to build a career in mortgage lending and grow into a licensed Loan Officer.

Assist Loan Officers with leads, client communication, and follow-up

Speak with potential borrowers by phone, text, and email

Transfer qualified clients to licensed Loan Officers

Learn the mortgage process through hands-on training and shadowing

Build sales and client service skills in a fast-paced environment

Work toward becoming a licensed Loan Officer with support from management

1+ year of phone sales experience preferred

Mortgage experience is a plus

Strong communication and customer service skills

Willingness to complete the required SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator course
