We are seeking a motivated and highly personable individual to join Voice and Vision, Inc. to join our Chester and Delaware County Consumer/Member & Family Satisfaction Team (C/M/FST) Team.
The position involves interviewing people regarding their experience with behavioral health services. This includes telephone, focus groups, and provider sight visits.
Qualifications include:
- Personal or family member experience navigating behavioral health services (mental health and/or substance use disorders) as this perspective is central to the role - required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Driver’s license, a car with current registration and insurance
Skills and Abilities
- Strong communication and note taking skills
- Knowledge of behavioral health services and supports as well as recovery, resiliency, and person/family-centered principles - preferred
- Previous experience working as part of a team - preferred
- Intermediate skills Microsoft Word, email, and internet use
The position is part time, approximately 15-20 hours per week. Hours will include some evenings or Saturdays. Hours may increase during busy times. Ability to travel in Chester County or Delaware County is expected. Travel for training and site visits is reimbursed.
