You're done being the person who gets blamed without getting backed up.
You want a team that values honesty, discipline, and doing the job right.
You want to lead people, solve real problems, and go home knowing customers are smiling because of your work.
If you're a strong plumbing leader who wants respect and real opportunity, keep reading.
We're Action Plumbing.
Not your average plumbers. We fix leaks, unclog drains, and make customers smile. As our Plumbing Supervisor, you'll step into a team built on honesty, integrity, discipline, and a family-like culture where people are supported and expected to do great work.
Your days will be full. You'll help keep the work moving, support the team, and make sure the standard stays high. This role matters because when the team runs well, customers feel it.
You'll be the person people look to when things get busy, messy, or urgent. You'll lead with calm, professionalism, and follow-through. You'll help create the kind of experience that turns a plumbing problem into a customer smile.
This isn't just about overseeing jobs. It's about setting the tone. Doing things the right way. Helping people improve. And being part of a team that feels like home while still expecting excellence.
We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly.
Don't worry—if you take the time to apply, we will respond to 100% of the applicants.
The process:

Click apply and answer a few Who, What, When questions. (5 min)
-
You'll be texted a link for a 10 min questionnaire that will help match you to the job (or others that might suit you!).
-
You'll get a text for a quick 1-way video question. (5 min)
-
We'll send you a link to get scheduled for an in-person interview.
-
You can easily be in for an interview within a couple days from right now.
This role pays $100,000 to $200,000 per year. You'll work a minimum of 40 hours and a maximum of 50 hours per week. You'll also get health insurance after the probationary period, paid vacations, continued training, and advancement or promotional opportunities.
You won't be just another body here. We believe in a family-like culture where people are valued, supported, and expected to show up with honesty and integrity.
If you care about customer satisfaction and take pride in disciplined, professional work, you'll fit right in. If you're looking for a place where standards are loose and effort is optional, this is not for you.
