JOB DESCRIPTION
OneVision, Inc. Is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in a print production environment, having been responsible for selling software and workflow solutions, using a consultative approach with both, team members and prospects/customers. The Senior Sales Manager will work closely together with Marketing, Inside Sales and Solution Consulting.

QUALIFICATIONS
§ Generating and qualifying leads in close cooperation with Marketing
§ Lead qualification: understanding the prospect’s situation (strategically, technically & financially) and evaluate the sales potential
§ Customer acquisition: Evolving leads and converting them to customers, with the support of the Solutions Consulting team; strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task multiple on-going projects
§ Managing and monitoring of sales activities
§ Developing sales strategies
§ Strong communication skills incl. presenting in front of customers, prospects and partners
§ Account management
§ At least 5 years of hands-on, customer facing experience in the printing industry (wide format, label, commercial, book print)
§ Strong software affinity, ideally with background in print production, color management and prepress workflows
§ Must be available to travel both domestically and sporadically abroad to customers/prospects and affiliated companies of OneVision
Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
