Qualifications:
- 5 years in a high volume, upscale food and beverage operation
- Passion for nurturing an environment where flexibility and a willingness to meet demands are all in a days work
- Expertise in food and beverage and strong knowledge of industry trends
Responsibilities:
- Lead the exciting pre-opening and opening phases of the Food & Beverage restoration project
- Understands all protocols and processes in the lobby café and hotel bar and serves as the expert on execution
- Strong relationship with the Culinary team and Guest Relations team to partner for shift execution and bespoke guest experiences
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
