Warehouse Shift Supervisor ~ Cold Facility ~ Immediate Start

Position Overview

Oversee all warehouse operations within a cold storage environment
Lead multiple teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and performance standards are met

Pay: $21.00 per hour with a $2.00 per hour shift bonus for all hours worked between 11pm and 5am on the night shift

Schedule:

NOTE: schedule will change week to week as business needs require, 7 day a week availability is required, each week will include 2 days off

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise warehouse leads and associates, providing coaching when needed

· Plan labor, manage staffing levels, and adjust priorities as needed

· Monitor productivity, quality, and safety metrics

· Enforce company policies, safety standards, and food handling procedures

· Coordinate with operations, QA, and transportation teams

· Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Previous warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in cold storage or food distribution
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in cold temperatures and extended hours as needed
