Job Overview
We are seeking an professional and dedicated Front-of-House (FOH) Restaurant Manager to lead our dining team with enthusiasm and expertise. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, customer service, ordering and sheduling. This is a role that demands strong communication skills and team work as you will be working closing and collaborating with FOH, BOH & owners. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and create memorable experiences for our guests.
Duties
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and train new team members to deliver outstanding service
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including shift scheduling, customer flow, and ensuring timely food and beverage delivery
- Oversee food preparation and presentation standards to maintain quality and consistency across all service areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS, including cash handling and reconciliation
- Control inventory levels for front-of-house supplies, monitor stock rotation, and place orders to prevent shortages
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards to guarantee a safe dining environment
- Assist in hiring, interviewing, and developing staff through ongoing training and performance evaluations
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied
- Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate food production, catering services, or special events
Requirements
- Spanish speaker is a plus
- Proven Experience in restaurant management
- References from past employers or industry professionals
- Experience in staff training & development, team management, and supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, and food cost analysis in a hospitality setting
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
