The Member Communications & Events Coordinator is a part-time administrative, creative, and operational support position. Under the direction of the Assistant General Manager, the Member Communications & Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Club’s internal and external communications while also assisting with the planning, coordination, setup, and execution of private events and banquets. The position will focus on maintaining a consistent Club brand, producing polished member-facing materials, promoting Club events and programming, and providing hands-on support to ensure private events are professionally organized and successfully executed.
The Member Communications & Events Coordinator reports directly to the Assistant General Manager and works closely with management, department heads, event leadership, and Club staff to support communications, member engagement, and event operations. The position is responsible for creating newsletters, flyers, email communications, signage, menus, social media content, and other promotional materials that reflect the standards and image of the Club. In addition, the Coordinator will support the Assistant General Manager with private event administration, client communication, event documentation, setup, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up. This role plays an important part in keeping members informed and engaged while helping ensure Club events and private functions are organized, professionally presented, and executed to the Club’s standards.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
