Human Resources Analyst - Systems
Jefferson County is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Human Resources Analyst to support the delivery of human resources services across the organization. This professional-level position provides guidance and support on a wide range of personnel matters and coordinates HR programs and processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, personnel administration, training, employee relations, safety and compliance, and HR data management and reporting.
The position is systems focused, enters data in the HRIS, and maintains accurate HR records and system data integrity. It also supports process improvements and HR initiatives, and provides responsive support to departments. This role ensures compliance with applicable employment laws, organizational policies, and collective bargaining agreements, while exercising independent judgment in analyzing issues and making recommendations on human resources matters.
