About the Role
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our high-precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Swiss-type machining to produce critical components, ensuring every piece meets rigorous quality standards while contributing to continuous process improvements.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex setups and operate CNC and manual metal fabrication equipment, often managing multiple machines simultaneously to maximize efficiency.

Interpret detailed blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise component production.

Perform in-process inspections using specialized instruments to guarantee adherence to strict quality protocols.

Troubleshoot production challenges and perform minor fixture modifications to maintain optimal workflow.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to fellow machinists to foster a collaborative and high-performing shop environment.

Maintain equipment health and a clean, organized workspace, strictly following all safety and environmental regulations.

Document production activities and labor transactions accurately to ensure compliance with industry-standard quality management systems.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining or equivalent technical training.

Proficiency in shop math, including geometry and trigonometry.

Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and perform manual inspections.

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Completion of a formal machinist degree or certification program.

Experience with hand-finishing techniques for precision components.

Prior experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical or aerospace).
