Provide resident care in accordance with approved, individualized care plans
Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal care, and safety needs
Observe, understand, and practice infection control procedures
Accurately document care provided, including vital signs
Immediately report any violations of Residents’ Bill of Rights
Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect
Current CNA/STNA license in good standing
Completion of an approved CNA/STNA training program
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A service-oriented mindset and desire to learn and grow
Positive, dependable attendance and a can-do attitude
