About the role
As a Chiropractic Assistant / Rehabilitation Technician, you support patients through their care journey and help the clinic deliver an exceptional experience. You will guide patients through prescribed rehab programs, provide hands-on support and massages, and keep the environment clean, safe, and organized.
What you’ll do
- Obtain and update medical history in the EMR
- Maintain confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines
- Administer, monitor, and guide ordered exercise programs per doctor instructions
- Perform hands-on therapies including active, passive, and decompression therapy
- Distribute and fit durable medical equipment (DME)
- Maintain rehab equipment and workspace in pristine condition
- Keep patient flow efficient across the clinical department
- Perform patient massages and assist with therapy sessions as directed
- Chart and manage patient progress in EMR
- Support chiropractors with daily administrative tasks as needed
- Educate patients on clinic services and reinforce treatment plan adherence
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Support and promote in-office marketing campaigns and patient engagement functions
- Contribute to overall clinic upkeep. Everyone helps keep a clean, welcoming space, which may include light cleaning between patients, organizing common areas, or pitching in on small office projects as needed

Education and experience
- 1+ years of rehabilitation or chiropractic assisting experience required
- 1–2 years in a multi-physician or multidisciplinary practice preferred
