A Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation organization in New Jersey is seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead overall facility operations. This role is ideal for a strong, hands-on leader who is passionate about quality care, compliance, and building a positive culture for residents and staff.
Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and CMS regulations.
Lead and support department managers across all clinical and operational areas.
Drive quality improvement, census development, and resident satisfaction.
Manage budgeting, financial performance, and staffing.
Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
Ensure continuous survey readiness and regulatory excellence.
Active New Jersey LNHA license (required).
Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in long-term care.
Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, survey process, and LTC operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
