Oversees the hiring process for campus education departments, including performance evaluations, employee counseling, coaching, and termination per policy.

Provides orientation for new educators and ensure compliance with department policy and procedure.

Maintains high levels of employee engagement and job performance by providing recognition and opportunities for learning.
-
Participates in the preparation of operating, salary, and capital budgets, and maintain compliance with those budgets and productivity standards.

Conducts team meetings with campus educators to review progress, discuss problems, and address changes in policy and procedures.
-
Oversees the communication of learning initiatives and ensure timely communication to campus leaders.
-
Collaborates with campus and division leaders to facilitate learning and development and identify gaps, working with other divisional leaders including Risk Management, and Infection Control. Provides divisional leadership for campuses in the development, coordination, and delivery of learning and education programs in alignment with system philosophy and mission.

Promotes standard work and best practice strategies across the division.

Researches and facilitates the implementation of evidence-based best practices for adult education and professional growth throughout the Novice to Expert continuum.

Leads quarterly evaluations of program effectiveness and compliance with division and local best practice plans.

Guides education teams in standard work and ensure timely feedback to leadership and integration of learning for initiatives.
