Occupational Therapist and Occupational Therapist AssistantKIPP MA is looking for an occupational therapist that will serve students with occupational therapy needs in the special education and general education setting across elementary and middle school grades. The ideal candidate will show an unwavering commitment to the progress of students towards their occupational therapy IEP goals. Candidates must also show a desire to pursue social justice and approach work with cultural competency. Our KIPP MA Executive Leadership Teams maintain consistent systems and procedures designed to permit staff to do their best work. If applying as an OTA, Associates degree is required Have or be in pursuit of a MA license from the Board of Allied Health or hold a license as a certified occupational therapy assistant. Certification by NBCOT Experience as a school-based occupational therapist including knowledge of IEPs and 504s, and relevant federal and MA education laws, regulations and AOTA guidelines.

Part time salary will be determined based on hours worked. The role includes a $1,000 signing bonusand an annual $2,000 retention bonus in subsequent years, as well as other bonuses, when eligible.
