Job Description
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscaper / Grounds Crew Member to join our team. This position involves maintaining residential and/or commercial properties by performing lawn care, landscaping installations, and general outdoor maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Mulching, sod installation, and general landscape installation
- Operating landscaping equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Loading and unloading materials and tools
- Maintaining clean and safe job sites
- Following supervisor instructions and completing jobs efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality required
- Team-oriented attitude
