Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant to support individuals with daily living and personal care needs. In this role, you will promote independence, dignity, and well-being by providing personalized care in residential homes, assisted living, or community settings. Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Provide memory care support, medication reminders, and assistance for individuals with cognitive impairments.
- Administer medications as directed and document care using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Safely transport clients when required.
- Use proper lifting techniques and equipment, including Hoyer lifts.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or residential care.
- Knowledge of Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and memory care.
- Strong communication skills with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments.
- Familiarity with EMR documentation.
- Physical ability to assist with lifting and extended shifts.

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
