We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician for our beautiful Lewiston community. Ideal candidate will be capable and handy in all areas of residential maintenance including painting, drywall, basic plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep.

Responsibilities
- Execute carpentry tasks such as door repairs, cabinetry fixes, drywall patching, and painting to enhance building interior aesthetics.
- Refurbish vacancies (Turnovers) including hanging cabinetry painting, cleaning, and general maintenance repairs with some supervision.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to resident requests and communicating clearly about repair timelines.
- Handle all work assignments in a timely, professional manner.
- Participate in on call rotation as needed for emergency afterhours service calls.
- Conduct plumbing repairs and maintenance on residential plumbing systems, including fixtures, pipes, and drainage.
- Perform snow removal, including shoveling, blowing, salting and plowing, per supervisor’s direction, as needed.
Requirements & Experience
- Proven experience in residential or commercial property maintenance with strong knowledge of repairs, interior maintenance standards, and building systems.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Personal smart phone for time tracking purposes.
- Hand tools required for various repair tasks.
- Personable & professional attitude.

Pay: $19.50 - $24.00 per hour
