Responsibilities
- Dispense and fit eyewear, ensuring proper alignment and comfort
- Conduct eyewear adjustments, frame fittings, and repairs to meet individual needs
- Support laboratory processes by handling optical laboratory tasks such as lens edging and quality checks
- Educate patients on eyewear options, lens features, and proper eye care practices while providing excellent customer service
