Installer Career LevelsLevel 1 Installer
$20-$22/hr Ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of construction or carpentry experience.
You'll:
- Assist with commercial cabinetry and millwork installations
- Learn blueprint and shop drawing interpretation
- Work alongside experienced installers
- Develop professional installation skills
Level 2 Installer
$22-$24/hr For experienced installers who can work independently on standard commercial projects.
You'll:
- Install casework, millwork, trim, doors, and hardware
- Perform field modifications and layouts
- Coordinate with other trades
- Maintain quality and production standards
Level 3 Installer
$24-$26/hr For highly skilled craftsmen experienced with complex commercial and technical installations.
You'll:
- Lead installation phases
- Solve field challenges independently
- Install high-end architectural millwork and lab casework
- Mentor junior installers
Lead Installer
$26-$28+/hr + Performance Incentives For experienced leaders who can manage crews, schedules, quality, and client relationships.
You'll:
- Lead field teams and subcontractors
- Coordinate with project managers and general contractors
- Manage project execution and quality control
- Drive production, accountability, and schedule performance
Qualifications
- Carpentry, millwork, cabinetry, casework, or commercial construction experience
- Ability to read a tape measure and use hand/power tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel nationwide
- Professional attitude and team-first mindset
