Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical degree preferred.

Experience: Two years of machining experience is preferred, and experience with CNC is also preferred.

Skills and Key Attributes: Strong organizational and mathematical skills are required. Knowledge and experience in programming, tuning, and milling are essential. Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a team environment are also necessary.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-12 hours per day.
Join our team as a Machinist I! In this role, you'll use blueprints, routings, and work instructions to set up and produce high-quality components on a variety of machine tools, including machining centers, lathes, mills, grinders, keyseaters, and drills. If you enjoy precision work, problem-solving, and taking pride in producing quality parts, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
