- Fully knowledgeable of current employee-management relations and health and safety legislation, generally accepted practices, principles, and related policies. Proficient working knowledge of statistical concepts, methods, and data collection procedures.
- Proficiency in investigatory research techniques, information analysis and critical thinking in the development of valid conclusions, recommendations and courses of action.
- Proficiency in the preparation of comprehensive reports, representing ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and written.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in the performance leadership practices of planning, coaching, and rewarding/recognizing subordinate employees.
- Demonstrated success at exercising considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships.
