We are in need of a bilingual Hospice CNA (Vietnamese) to join our team in the southeast Houston areas! Working on a full-time basis, the Hospice CNA provides personal care of the terminally ill patient and performs related tasks in the patient's home according to the patient's Plan of Care.
Responsibilities:
- Performing personal care needs after given a patient's assignment and attending to his/her requests promptly. If unable to perform a certain task, report to the RN Case Manager immediately.
- Meeting safety needs of a patient and using equipment safely and properly.
- Giving personal care including baths, oral hygiene, shampoos and changing bed linen as often as assigned.
Qualifications:
- CNA in Texas.
- Previous Hospice experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Vietnamese & English
