Key responsibilities include patient scheduling, insurance verification, treatment plan presentation, claims submission and follow-up, accounts receivable management, payment collection, and maintaining accurate patient records. The successful candidate will serve as a vital liaison between patients, insurance providers, and the clinical team, helping to maximize office efficiency, patient satisfaction, and revenue cycle performance.
