Responsibilities

- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that stimulate cognitive, emotional, and physical growth using innovative learning technology and instructional design techniques.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that complies with educational regulations and safety standards.
- Support lesson planning by preparing materials, setting up learning stations, and integrating library services for literacy development.
- Communicate effectively with children, and team members to foster a collaborative and supportive community.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with young children in preschool or childcare settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles, classroom management strategies, and behavioral management techniques.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic classroom setting.
