HealthPro is hiring for a Residential Manager for a local behavioral health facility in Ashland, Ohio. The community focus of the site is to foster recovery, build independence, and to improve the quality of living to individuals and families enrolled in the program.
The schedule can be flexible day shift hours with some occasional early evening hours and possible weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
-Administrative oversite of staff
-Coordinate with residents at local and state venues
-Assist with budget management
-Promote best practices to the residents
-Maintain site compliance for funding and licensing
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred
-Behavioral health experience 1 year
-Supervisory/management experience 1 year
-Strong computer and decision making skills
-Must pass background check, drug screen and driving record
