We are a growing e-commerce business seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Operations & E-Commerce Assistant to support day-to-day business operations.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys organization, working independently, and helping a small business run efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and packing customer orders
- Printing shipping labels and processing shipments
- Organizing and maintaining inventory
- Receiving and organizing incoming deliveries
- Performing quality checks on products
- Assisting with general operational tasks and projects
- Helping maintain an organized workspace
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable working independently
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand, move around, and lift small packages
- Prior e-commerce, retail, shipping, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week, generally between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM on weekdays. Schedule will be finalized with the selected candidate.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
