Store Manager (Part Time) – Smoothie King

About the Role:
We’re seeking a results-driven Store Manager (Part time) to oversee the first and only Smoothie King in Delray Beach a beautiful location in South Florida. As a Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence, team development, and guest satisfaction. You’ll work closely with team captains, team members guiding them to achieve peak performance while aligning with Smoothie King’s purpose: helping guests Rule the Day.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Develop Teams:
- Oversee daily operations at the Smoothie King Delray Beach location.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training new team members as well as develop captains and key store personnel.
- Lead shifts while creating a positive energetic, and accountable work environment.
- Conduct regular site assessments and performance evaluations to ensure company standards are met.
- Ensure all team member training courses are completed and up to date
- Ensure store meets Health and Fire inspection standards with minimum violations
- Help create schedules that balance great customer service with labor goals.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Schedule shifts, provide ongoing feedback, and foster a positive, energetic work culture.
Operations & Brand Standards:
- Execute Smoothie King operating procedures and brand standards.
- Maintain exceptional food safety, health and sanitation.
- Maintain store cleanliness and equipment maintenance at the highest level.
Inventory and Financial Accountability:
- Complete inventory counts, ordering and product rotation
- Manage inventory levels, conduct ordering, and control product waste and costs.
- Minimize food waste and control operating costs
- Oversee cash handling, daily deposits, daily reporting and budget controls.
Guest Experience & Marketing:
- Champion customer service, resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Drive local store marketing to build community engagement and brand awareness.
- Build relationships with guests and encourage loyalty.
- Support and execute local store marketing efforts in collaboration with Store Managers.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure consistent execution of Smoothie King’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Complete and monitor inventory, labor, and scheduling efficiencies.
- Maintain and improve operational systems and processes to drive profitability.
Drive Business Results:
Analyze financial reports, set strategic goals, and implement initiatives to meet and exceed sales and performance targets.
- Manage budgets and control costs to maximize each store’s profitability.
Champion the Guest Experience:
- Create and maintain a strong customer-first culture
- Address guest feedback and implement improvements that ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of management experience, preferably in QSR, fast-casual, or retail or hospitality environments.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen, operational knowledge and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for health, wellness, and community engagement.
- Ability to multitask and work various shifts as required
- Basic computer and POS knowledge.
- A self starter and fast learner
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- ServSafe Certified required
