Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information and account management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a collections role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Collections experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on calls or chats.
- Bilingual skills are a plus; proficiency in additional languages can enhance client interactions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Familiarity with office software (specifically excel) applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
