Overview
Prolink is partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Florence, KY that is looking for a Production Operator to join their growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Production Operator will support daily production operations by operating equipment, packaging products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Shift:
Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00/hr
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures
- Load materials and remove finished products from production lines
- Package, label, and palletize finished products for shipment
- Perform visual quality inspections and report any defects
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Keep work areas clean while following all safety and housekeeping standards
- Assist with machine changeovers and basic production support as needed
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
