Responsibilities
- Assist clients with therapeutic exercise, stretching, fall prevention, balance, ambulation, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs) to enhance their independence and quality of life.
- Independently implement individualized sessions each visit.
- Provide support in a home setting focusing on geriatric populations.
- Monitor client progress and document changes in their condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive client care and effective communication.
- Educate clients and families on therapeutic exercises and safety measures.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50.00 per hour
