Responsibilities
- Welcome guests arriving during night hours with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and record-keeping.
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks throughout the property to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing information or directing calls appropriately.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain accurate records for management review.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred.
- Strong background in front desk duties, guest services, or night audit roles within a resort or hotel environment.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse guests effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest relations.
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette, security procedures, and basic accounting practices related to night audits.
