Molloy Boys Pressure Washing is looking for a motivated sales representative to help grow our commercial client base. This role is focused on going directly to local businesses, introducing our services, building relationships, and helping secure pressure washing and exterior cleaning contracts.
This is a sales position for someone who is confident speaking with business owners, property managers, general managers, and decision makers. The right person will be comfortable walking into businesses, making calls, following up with leads, and helping turn conversations into booked jobs.
Responsibilities
Visit local businesses in person to introduce Molloy Boys Pressure Washing and our services.
Identify potential commercial clients, including restaurants, shopping centers, offices, property managers, HOAs, apartment complexes, storefronts, gas stations, and other businesses.
Generate new leads through cold outreach, business visits, calls, emails, and follow ups.
Explain our services clearly, including pressure washing, soft washing, concrete cleaning, building washes, roof cleaning, and paver cleaning and sealing.
Help set appointments, gather job details, and move qualified leads toward quotes and contracts.
Maintain professional communication with prospects and represent the company well at all times.
Follow up consistently with potential customers until a decision is made.
Track outreach activity, leads, follow ups, and closed deals.
Work with the owner to help grow repeat commercial accounts and long term service contracts.
Requirements
Sales experience is preferred, but work ethic and confidence matter more.
Must be comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers.
Strong communication skills and a professional appearance are required.
Must be self motivated and able to work independently.
Must be organized and able to follow up consistently.
Reliable transportation is required.
Experience in pressure washing, exterior cleaning, landscaping, property management, construction, or service based sales is a plus.
Must be results driven and comfortable with a commission based pay structure.
Compensation
This is a commission based sales role with strong earning potential for someone who can produce results. Pay is based on closed jobs and contracts brought into the company.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $64,273.44 per year
