You're not looking for a dead-front-desk job where the day drags and nobody cares if you win.
You want energy, people, pace, and a role where your effort actually matters.
You want to be around a team that pushes you higher, not one that gossips, coasts, or hides from standards.
If you love fitness, love people, and love results, keep reading.
At Orangetheory Fitness, we help power people through energizing, results-driven workouts led by supportive coaches and backed by science-based training. As a Fitness Sales Associate, you won't just greet people. You'll help create a place that feels fun, inclusive, meaningful, and worth coming back to.
Our studio is high-energy, supportive, accountable, and member-obsessed. We want the best hour of every member's day to start the second they walk in.
Your shift will feel fast. You'll be talking to leads, connecting with members, following up, answering questions, and helping people say yes to something that can genuinely improve their life. You'll bring presence, positivity, and urgency to the studio every day.
You'll notice when something feels off and handle it. You'll keep standards high. You'll help the studio run better, the team stay sharper, and the member experience stay strong. This is a role for someone who likes ownership, not hand-holding.
When you're doing this job well, people feel it. Members feel welcomed. The team feels supported. Numbers move. And you get the kind of satisfaction that comes from being counted on and delivering.
We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly.
Don't worry—if you take the time to apply, we will respond to 100% of the applicants.
The process:
-
Click apply and answer a few Who, What, When questions. (5 min)
-
You'll be texted a link for a 10 min questionnaire that will help match you to the job (or others that might suit you!).
-
You'll get a text for a quick 1-way video question. (5 min)
-
We'll send you a link to get scheduled for an in-person interview.
-
You can easily be in for an interview within a couple days from right now.
You'll work 35 to 40 hours per week and earn $13 to $15 per hour based on relevant sales experience, availability, and overall fit. On top of that, there are sales commissions and performance-based bonuses. You'll also have the chance for additional hours and future growth as you prove yourself.
You get free Orangetheory workouts, employee discounts, and sales and leadership training. Just as important, you get a fast-paced team environment where standards matter and growth is expected.
This team believes in Member First, High Energy, Accountability, Team Over Ego, Growth Mindset, Ownership, and Excellence. We build each other up. We address problems directly and respectfully. We don't do gossip, complaining, or talking behind each other's backs.
This is not the place for someone passive, average, or complacent. If you don't want feedback, don't want numbers, or don't want to be counted on, you won't like it here.
You'll thrive here if you're sharp, competitive, organized, upbeat, and motivated by results. You connect with people fast. You follow up. You care about the member experience. You want to improve and help the team improve too.
