Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Assist clients with product information, service inquiries, and troubleshooting to ensure a positive experience
- Promote products and services effectively, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and data entry using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions
- Process cash handling transactions accurately when required, ensuring compliance with company policies
Skills
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency in English and other languages are highly valued
- Strong sales aptitude with a passion for helping customers find the right solutions
- Exceptional customer support and client service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office applications, and basic computer skills
- Experience in call center environments or outbound calling campaigns is preferred
- Excellent analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing appropriate recommendations
- Effective communication skills combined with strong phone etiquette for engaging diverse audiences
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in typing and documentation
