Training/experience in supervision or management.

Exceptional communication and organization skills.

Experience with manufacturing software

First Aid or First Responder training.
PREFERRED SKILLS OR CREDENTIALS:

1-3 years in manufacturing environment, preferably molding.

Experience with electronic production management systems or equivalent.

Experience with change management and continuous improvement.

Knowledge of OSHA standards, 5S organization, Hazard Communication.

Working knowledge of polymer manufacturing theory and practices.
Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, use hands to position or move, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.

The employee frequently is required to stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/ or move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time.

Must be able to use computers regularly to input and evaluate data.
