POSITION SUMMARY
Anytime Fitness is seeking an energetic, results-driven SALES professional who is passionate about helping others improve their lives through health and fitness.
As our Membership & Fitness Coach, you will play a key role in growing the club by generating new membership sales, building strong relationships with prospective and current members, and supporting the continued growth of our Personal Training program.
This position combines membership sales, member engagement, and fitness coaching, including one-on-one Personal Training, Small Group Training, and Team/Group Training. Success in this role comes from being proactive, personable, and motivated to connect with people, identify their goals, and help them find the right membership and fitness solutions.
The Membership & Fitness Coach is responsible for driving new membership sales, following up with leads and prospects, conducting fitness consultations, developing training clients, and creating an exceptional member experience that supports long-term retention and club growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
● Acquire new members through direct 1-1 consultative based sales, call campaigns, outbound marketing, and community outreach
● Oversee the entire club membership base, including operational and financial responsibilities, back-end reporting, and customer service
● Manage, train, and motivate club personnel while guiding them towards achieving overall club goals and important financial metrics
● Perform general office administrative duties in an efficient and timely manner
● Ensure smooth facility management to provide an exceptional member experience
REQUIREMENTS
● Valid/Current Trainer Certification (NASM, ISSA, NSCA)
● Several years of Sales experience in either the service or retail sector, demonstrating consistent success hitting monthly sales goals
● Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a customer-centric approach to conducting business
● True passion for the health and wellness industry, not just fads
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
● Earning potential of $18,000-$40,000 per year
