Administer medications and treatments
Supervise and support CNAs
Monitor residents and respond to condition changes
Communicate with physicians, families, and care team
Ensure accurate charting and compliance
Active LPN or RN license (Missouri)
CPR/BLS certification
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
