Security Services is looking for motivated sales representatives to help grow our residential and commercial customer base.
We are a local security company offering alarm systems, camera systems, access control, fire protection, monitoring, video monitoring, maintenance plans, and other security solutions for homes and businesses.
We are looking for people who are comfortable talking to customers, building relationships, finding new opportunities, and helping customers choose the right security solution for their needs.
Positions Available
We currently have opportunities for:
Base Pay Plus Commission
and
Commission-Only Sales Representatives
The base pay plus commission position may be a better fit for someone who wants steady weekly pay and a more traditional work structure while building their sales skills and customer base.
The commission-only position may be a better fit for someone with sales experience, existing contacts, strong self-motivation, or the ability to generate their own leads, and enjoys uncapped income potentional without punching a time clock.
Job Duties
Sales representatives will be responsible for:
Calling on residential and commercial prospects
Meeting with potential customers
Following up on company-provided leads
Generating new leads and referrals
Selling alarm systems, monitoring, cameras, access control, fire systems, and service plans
Explaining products and services clearly
Preparing basic proposals or gathering information for quotes
Working with office staff and technicians to make sure jobs are sold correctly
Maintaining good customer relationships after the sale
Looking for upgrade and add-on opportunities with existing customers
