Join our vibrant team as a Full Time Server/ Bartender at Stagioni, Four Seasons of Food, where passion for exceptional hospitality meets a lively, energetic atmosphere. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering outstanding guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage knowledge, and a genuine enthusiasm for food and drink. Whether crafting signature cocktails or recommending the perfect dish, your positive attitude and dedication will elevate every guest interaction. This position offers a dynamic environment where teamwork, professionalism, and a love for food industry excellence come together to create memorable dining moments.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive seating assistance as a host or hostess when needed
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring efficient communication with kitchen staff and bar team
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly and assisting with food handling and preparation when necessary
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive guest relations in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a server or bartender in fine dining or upscale food service environments
- Familiarity with POS systemsToast, and Resy for order processing and reservations
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy restaurant setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving, bartending, is a MUST
- Knowledge of culinary techniques or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding food presentation and service flow

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
