Job Summary
The Foreman has full responsibility for the production and safety of the jobsite. The foreman works with and leads the crew in tasks such as demo, excavation, site work, concrete, pipe installation, pump & equipment installation, etc.,
Responsibilities (Include, but not limited to):
- Working alongside the crew to complete tasks
- Operating machines
- Inspecting general condition of the job site
- Plan work
- Hold toolbox talks
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Ensure Quality Control of the work.
- Lead working crew
Qualifications and Skills
- OSHA 30 Required
- WWTP Experience very helpful
